Bringing in the first day of fall.
There is something magical about the Fall. Mother Nature has a way of making one more spectacular splash across the landscape with vivid colors of orange, yellow, red and purple to announce it is about to retreat to its winter slumber.
Pumpkins are our traditional ornament of the season. That being said, I decided to make some pumpkin muffins. I did not use a fresh pumpkin; I used canned, but it still turned out yummy. I borrowed a recipe from my Pinterest board, under cakes for Best Ever Pumpkin Muffins. Stop by and visit some of the great recipes I’ve been collecting over the past years. https://www.pinterest.com/mettaji/cakes/
This recipe makes 12 good size muffins, but I doubled it so I could share.
